A joke amongst my family is that whenever I hear anything that could be (mis)construed as racist, I say that it's racist. From who goes first in chess to what color paint we're getting. It's by far the most common reason I hear that something is racist now. Second most is a friend of a friend who is a communist going to college for political science.
