sad that pence had to lay it out there that cases are going to rise due to more testing but it doesnt mean its spreading at some massive rate or anything compared to what it already is...media will still try and spin it though "states opening up caused spikes"

The case count has never meant anything about whether the actual number of people with the sickness are going up or down. It's just numbers porn. Hospitalizations is one of the very few meaningful numbers. But that's at like 29 per 100,000, a very low number, and that's so obviously low that nobody in on this scam wants to share it. The % positive of newly tested people might mean something, but only if they're testing a random sample of the population including healthy people, which is not happening. Of course this is all assuming that the tests are accurate, which there's no reason to believe.
