There are 'disinfectants' that support (and essentially reset) the immune system and kills microorganisms along with parasites. My dog is getting treated right now because of a vaccination gone bad (not trying to be controversial). He started with IV vitamin C and is now getting ozone treatments (there are many ways to deliver this into the body). He's definitely getting better under a vet's supervision and care. I guess libs have a narrow view and definition of what a disinfectant can be.
