1:45 - California hospitals ICU are essentially empty, and they are furloughing doctors. It depends on the location. Most of their work is paperwork.

2:45 - Critical care isn't being done because people are afraid to go to the hospital. "What if I get the covid?"

3:25 - You quarantine the sick. We have never seen where you quarantine the healthy.
