Agreed, but the violation as far as public perception it's under the guise of a medical emergency, essentially subverting the Constitution. You can point to unnecessary quarantine practices from quacks like Birx and Fauci, but who do you really point to when you say it's the deep state.
I point to those granted unlimited, unfettered access to our government and it's policies.......protected from removal by unions, protected from redress by the lawyers funded by the unions, protected from firing for wrong doing by union contracts. That is the Deep State. The FBI, CIA, NSA, FDA, DEA, DOJ...literally ALL of our government agencies given powers to supress us...are immune to prosecution and redress of greivances. The Deep State then protects corrupt politicians. And they stroke each other for graft. The very political agencies assigned to adress our grievances over these corrupt agencies....are protected from THEIR criminal activities by the same agencies they are supposed to oversee. DOJ, CIA, NSA, FBI. // Politicians, FDA, CDC, D of Ed, D of En, D of Commerce, Dept of Trans. The Deep State is the corrupt structure.
I mean if there was a serious threat you could probably justify a lockdown under Article 1 Section 8 of the Constitution specifically with the words “ and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States”.
Granted this is from the section detailing Congressional powers. So Congress would need to vote in order to enact it at a Federal Level.
I’m not a constitutional scholar so I can’t say how strong such an argument using this could be.
It would have to be aliens invading to have that argument, even then, rights are still antecedent to any laws or government, defined by the Revolutionary war.

Which poses an interesting challenge. In the event of a serious public health emergency. IE Black Death 2.0.
How does one coordinate a response to limit and contain it and still keep the response within the bounds of the constitution?
Probably a question for constitutional and legal scholars to argue over. Because lord knows I’m not qualified.
