I don’t know if I should post the story here, but she was a military member and was assaulted by him in the performance of her duties; after the insane initial shock, I realized this story needs to be told.

Have her make a twiiter account. Real name and picture. Have her tell the story. Post her Tweet here. Ask ppl here with a twitter account follow her and retweet her story. It could go viral, you never know.
Not until she is WELL protected, however. I'd even go to the Trump campaign first, because if the story is credible she will be considered a threat worthy of elimination, maybe he could help her somehow.
