My coworker’s mother was sexually assaulted by Joe Biden (seriously)- What can / should she do to get this story out in the way it should be?

I don’t know if I should post the story here, but she was a military member and was assaulted by him in the performance of her duties; after the insane initial shock, I realized this story needs to be told.

Yeah fair enough I attempted to find contact info and I couldn't find anything. I am thinking she hasn't filed suit yet or anything so it might not be easy.
