My coworker’s mother was sexually assaulted by Joe Biden (seriously)- What can / should she do to get this story out in the way it should be?

I don’t know if I should post the story here, but she was a military member and was assaulted by him in the performance of her duties; after the insane initial shock, I realized this story needs to be told.

Can you file a police report for your co-workers mother? I think the only thing OP can really do is encourage his co-worker to encourage his or her mother to file a report.
