I don’t know if I should post the story here, but she was a military member and was assaulted by him in the performance of her duties; after the insane initial shock, I realized this story needs to be told.

I think all you can do is give her strength. If it's to mean anything at all she would have to make the accusation publicly and be willing to stick to it.
In the mean time you could try to look up circumstantial evidence with her. Where did the assault take place? Is there any kind of public record of Biden being there?
These are all things a good lawyer would do for her as well.
