My coworker’s mother was sexually assaulted by Joe Biden (seriously)- What can / should she do to get this story out in the way it should be?

I don’t know if I should post the story here, but she was a military member and was assaulted by him in the performance of her duties; after the insane initial shock, I realized this story needs to be told.

I would get a lawyer who is also PR savvy, and then go public once Biden is the official Dem nominee. Don't come out with the news before that to cause max. damage. Do it like they did it with Moore and Kavanaugh.
