We need stricter penalties for unconstitutional actions ....Just voting for an unlawful bill should be punishable ...Our rights need to be cemented and We the motha fkin People need to be seen as the real people in charge and they work for US!!!

I've thought about this too. There's been nothing that's capable of stopping the left from just continually passing unconstitutional bills over and over again, depriving people of their rights until the laws get challenged (if anyone has the money to do so). Then they just do it again when the law is struck down.
But the law and the Constitution have never stopped the California Legislature. In fact, Public Safety Chairman Reggie Jones Sawyer, D-Los Angeles said, “This is California; we don’t pay too much attention to the Constitution,”

Works because the courts move slow as shit. It's too costly to challenge laws in court and far too slow.

It's almost as if we need the Supreme. Courrt to look at every law these jackasses pass and overturn them before they even get signed.
