Be sure to sue them officer, his super isors under vicarious liability and the chief, then the mayor, governor, city and state. Name them all. Cops that forget their oaths aren't cops, they forfeit their authority and protection. It shames me as retired LE to see this shit and those officers need to wake up fast.
