Even if Flynn's legal problems started right after Trump was inaugurated, the FBI started spying on Flynn while Obama was president, and Obama holdovers at the DOJ started his legal persecution and prosecution.
In Flynn's case, unlike the Page FISA warrant, it was the DOJ that suppressed exculpatory Brady material; not the FBI. The article quotes Sidney Powell, and she says that "the government" (the DOJ) finally released the Brady material, which they took a very long time to do after she formally requested it, and they certainly didn't do before they threatened Flynn into pleading guilty).
