Yes, awful. I'm in a very rural area and get nearly everything delivered. As of now, I've got 3 different items either lost or wandering around out there in postal purgatory for many weeks. In each case, the tracking number was posted when the pkg reached the post office, and then...hasn't been updated since. In one case, that was March 15, and I still haven't received it.
Yes, we ship over 100 orders today and over the past week we’ve seen a big increase in delayed orders that usually arrive in 2-4 days some are taking 5-7 days. This happens around holidays due to increased Mail volume and there’s probably increased Mail volume now with all the online shopping. Still it’s relatively small like maybe 3-4 orders out of every 100 but usually it’s less than 1% will experience some kinda delay randomly during smooth times. We just get a lot of hate mail about it which is annoying, people want their shit yesterday but wait until they run out to re-order.
