We are not getting that amendment anytime soon. Dems will not vote for it.

What we needed to do was crush them completely while we had power. Sadly we had Rino Ryan in place.

Trump should make an executive order.

The federal government and the DHS are in charge of federal elections.

This. I'm a little surprised at the number of people who aren't aware of this. I think it's something Obama cooked up, then after Hillary lost, President Trump never changed it.

edit -- I guess it was the DHS oversight that Obama put in place?

Trump using an executive order for national voter ID could be undone by the next president just like he has destroyed Obama's legacy. If something doesnt get pushed through congress then it can be easily overturned.

If we got an EO, it would buy us time to vote in a Republican house majority, who most likely would vote for that amendment. It would just need to be ratified by most of the states after that. But yeah. Its a long game either way.

That can be taken care of later. If Dem governors cheat the elections, legislation will never be put in place, because only hand picked globalists will get enough absentee ballots filled in back rooms to win.

So? Just need an EO for this year. Not sure about you, but I have 0 faith in Congress doing anything right. We had control for 2 years and they sat and span on their thumbs.

Nope, congress & senatr would go fully red, they would make it permamemt law. They were going to do the same with Obamacare but Trump won.

This is what I keep saying about state-level electoral colleges. The move isn't to try to implement it in places like NY and CA. It's to implement it now in states with legislatures that can get it done so the Left can't take over the few cities there and ruin entire states.

Kentucky, for one, should have done it in 2016 so they weren't stuck with a crap governor now who wants to keep the state closed for no reason other than to hold onto his emergency powers. They can still get it done with the super-majority Republican legislature, AG and Secretary of State. I guarantee not one person plans to put it in place. If it benefited the Left, I guarantee we'd already have it in every state.

Well, he lost his speakership. Not sure he did anything Illegal. Lying about being a republican is not illegal.
