If things are that bad by November that you are unable to go outside to vote.

Then it won't matter who is in the WH. As everything will be FUBAR. Maybe they get this or maybe not. Local governments will be out of money as the US government will be out of money.

They don't get if certain parts of America return to normal and those parts are run by the GOP they really risk being in a shitty position. Even in NY.
