I'm not sure about NY. Three million people on Long Island and plenty of illegals. In NY, all you need in order to vote is know the name and address of a registered voter. Show up early enough in the morning and you claim to be that person, sign in, vote and you're done. Rinse and repeat all day long. No ID required. Elections would be a lot different in NY if the voting was on the level.
