This is what I keep saying about state-level electoral colleges. The move isn't to try to implement it in places like NY and CA. It's to implement it now in states with legislatures that can get it done so the Left can't take over the few cities there and ruin entire states.
Kentucky, for one, should have done it in 2016 so they weren't stuck with a crap governor now who wants to keep the state closed for no reason other than to hold onto his emergency powers. They can still get it done with the super-majority Republican legislature, AG and Secretary of State. I guarantee not one person plans to put it in place. If it benefited the Left, I guarantee we'd already have it in every state.
