I would like to see the President Set up a policy where the reporter must raise their hand (no hollering & no talking) and only speak when / IF they are called on. If the reporter speaks without being called upon then immediately remove the reporter from the room. Also do Not show the reporters. Have One camera feed set up to show only whoever is on the stage. I mean that's way the lamestream media does the Trump rallies they only have the camera set up on the stage it doesn't show you anything else unless there's a protester at the Trump rally then the lamestream media will move the camera to show the protester. I believe if the reporter could not speak until they're called upon and they did not have their face plastered on TV and they would change their tune or at worst they would be out of the room.
