I remember reading a while back, Secretary of State briefings just have the one camera pointed at the SoS. Journalists can ask questions, and the SoS answers them. But the journalists aren't ever really on camera, and don't get to become the stars of the show, beyond waving their arms.
Would love to see how XiNN et al would handle it if Trump decided to just have one camera focused on the podium, and nobody could see Jim Acosta.
