That guy deserves more praise than the nurses, grocery store employees, and garbage men. Doing what is right and sacrificing money and personal freedom, so others may follow his example. Hopefully this breaks the spell/trance that many small businesses owners who have capitulated to these ridiculous demands.
Now that people know that cops won't enforce it, I hope restaurants start opening up by the dozens- The only thing I would do is perhaps have a law firm draw up a contract/waiver that customers who choose to dine-in, have to sign to protect the restaurants from lawsuits. Because lawsuits will be filed- this is a golden time to be a lawyer. You can sue people on both sides of the aisle and profit.
