How in the fuck is a random county judge creating effectively laws that are being enforced? this is so fucking stupid. If the legislature wants to shut down businesses let them try, but they will have hell to pay at the next election they'd have a tougher time passing it. Not to mention legislation has juicy lawsuits attached for obvious constitutional violations.
