I enjoy his show occasionally, but soon found out that he’s not really that bright. I’ve been noticing that all over during the past 20 years. I always thought I was of average intelligence, but the more people I interact with, I think, okay, maybe I don’t give myself enough credit. Always assumed people in positions of high standing were top smarts. Last two decades have shown me no...no, not quite so.
This is pretty similar to me. Typically the only time I watch Rogan is when he's talking to someone the left/mainstream is afraid to talk to.
He straddles a line between mainstream and non-mainstream that can be interesting at times.
When the cards are down he'll say whatever line is needed to keep him in the mainstream though. I guarantee he's spooked that Bernie was forced to stand-down on his endorsement of him.
People are gradually getting smarter due to diet (brain requires calories), but also dumber. Average IQ 100 years ago, compared to today, was about 80. RETARDED.
But.... If you gave someone from 100 years ago a microwave and asked them to set the clock, they'd read the manual, and figure it out.
I daydreamed what it'd be like if say George Washington was here today. Would he be shocked by light bulbs and TVs and phones? sure, but he'd grow to it quickly and then learn about it. More appreciating the idea of a tiny device that holds all the information in the world and can contact anyone on the planet. They'd appreciate what we take for granted.

He's not intelligent, but he's thoughtful.
