Also, only those of us who lost our jobs have nothing to lose here. if you have a job still, you're job could very much be in danger if the police choose to make example of you and arrest you. You'll get identified by doxxers and your employer will get threatened if they dont fire you. Many employers would rather cut you loose than deal with bad PR, especially now when they may be hurting and looking to downsize anyway
No. Even the Hawaiian judge needed someone to bring that case to her for judgment. The inability to initiate cases by themselves is one of the fundamental checks and balances keeping the judicial branch of government from becoming too powerful.

All of these governors are being sued already. Courts move far to slowly.
