I miss the 90's Conan. To me he always delivered good "bad" jokes in his monologue, then followed it with hilarious original bits like Satellite TV, The Year 2000, and If They Mated...and he could even take stuff that wasn't really funny and react to it in a way that made everyone laugh.
While I'm opining on that, I remember a bit where he had some guy come on stage and fake his own gunshot death...well when the bit ended and people applauded, the guy was still lying there. Conan had to say "Ok you can get up now, it's over!," and then the guy got up and started running off the stage; prompting Conan to laugh at the fact he had to tell the guy the bit was over.
Yeah, he used to have a healthy 'don't give a fuck" attitude about the celebrity culture and just did what he wanted, and mostly made fun of himself, he was quick and sarcastic etc, used to love his show.
But he is a major sell out now, it's stunningly clear that he obeys his corporate masters now, and goes along with the progressive line. Sad to see someone I really liked become such a cuck now.
It wouldn't surprise me at all if they used a brain altering technique on him. There is tech now that can target certain areas of the brain according to AJ.
