I remember back when the Zika virus hit and I had a Brazilian friend who got it. I kept wondering why the world wasn't totally freaking out about it. It seemed inevitable that the infected mosquitoes were going to spread everywhere. But here we are four years later and most people outside of the tropics don't even know what Zika was.
