Honestly, my husband and I have been out (78/67) more in the last 4 weeks than in the previous 4 months. Spent more money... We saw our kids & grandkids (no hugging or kissing), babysat during a grandchild’s hospital visit, had Easter dinner at our house with kids, took a friend to the hospital for a treatment. Went to all stores we could go to. Don’t stay home! And if you live in a blue state, turn it red or move!

I noticed that too. They can't sit still to hear actual science any more than they can sit still to hear Trump. Same thing I get from the idiots in my life that are being spoon fed this fake news propaganda. The propaganda is the only source they're willing to listen to, and they can't still to even listen to anything that contradicts it.
Also it was pointed out on Tucker's show I believe how the states that didn't do lock downs never experienced any health crisis. NYC is unique. It has a large older population in very close quarters and everyone takes mass transit and taxis. But the rest of the country will move through this just like any seasonal bug if they just let it.
As a biologist who used to work in virology, I have been saying this since we learned the at-risk, and instead we are sheltering people who are not at risk, or very low risk, when we should be building herd immunity on their backs.
Everywhere I have tried to explain this seems to draw mass outrage and that I am going to kill people with such terrible advice that goes against what the CDC suggests, who are the real experts.
And I as a simple ordinary layman came to all these same conclusions on my own. This interview confirms everything I've been saying. I've seen the same outrage from everyone I've talked to about it.

The Dr talks about how this is just a test to see if the public will allow their freedoms to be removed. And his partner gets visibly uncomfortable. Lol
I was at the grocery store yesterday. I put my hand on the same refrigerator door handle for milk that every single person that comes in the store did, gloves or not. I checked out and watched the cashier and bagger touch every item going in my basket with no gloves, as if that would matter. This was after I watched this video and learned that the virus will stay active on plastics for up to three days. Oh, but we had someone at the door insisting to "sanitize" my cart before I came in!
What we're doing at best is futile and stupid. That at the cost of the utter destruction of our economy and freedom.
