Honestly, I’m not sure it has given us the results we hoped, but that still doesn’t mean it hasn’t worked for some. I’d hate to see a shortage of availability to people with diseases for which the drug was designed and proven due to doctors overzealously prescribing to anyone with the sniffles. I think a positive covid test would be a prudent way to find balance between the governor’s orders and the doctor/patient dynamic.

Now that we have an ample supply, as well as more being produced, anyone infected with the virus who wants to try it as a treatment should be able to.
