Ground has not been broken on Obama's presidential 'center.' The community is still fighting Chicago for gifting valuable, historic property to Obama. A judge ruled that plaintiffs' lawsuit could go forward. But for all we know it's just a corrupt Chicago judge letting plaintiffs have a day in court so he can smack them down.

Two things we do know. Three plus years out of office and President Choom still hasn't gotten his presidential 'center,' even started. Also, no presidential memoir. His post presidency is an embarrassing flop.
