Well now. It looks like what others have known for years is now trickling out to the rest of you. It's only going to get worse. Our Medical system has been meddled with and "Socialized/Communized" for at least 50+ years now with the Government and their Medicair/Medicaid and various other things where Mandated and Regulated care forces Insurance to pay for stuff and Hospitals to provide it no matter what. 2+ Generations of Totally Jaded Medical personnel are now deciding if you should live or die and they've been taught to have NO respect for their elders to begin with and when you top that off with their "Elders" being the ones who sold them all down the river it erases any last bit of sympathy they have for the old farts.
