We don't need a war because we have laws. We need justice and accountability. War is bad. We have a great country that is not war torn. We should do everything in our power to keep it that way.
We have laws that corrupt politicians and corporations don't follow and go unpunished for, and are slowly eroding our rights away. Keep that mentality and we won't be able to fight back anymore.
It's that same mentality that is allowing them to keep doing what they want.
We can organize now. Make sure Republicans win so we send better leadership. The fish rots from the head and we have the best pro American president in my lifetime. Reform and accountability can happen with the right leadership.
When I see the options it seems we should prepare for the worst while doing our best to win.
Just want to say that those videos weren't necessarily staged. There are 1 billion people in China, a lot of them kinda stupid (a lot are brilliant too). It wouldn't be too hard to find a few videos of people passing out or freaking out and then present those as the rule rather than the exception.

If you lived in any type of complex or housing area and one person got sick. The CCP goons would come around and does this to everyone's front door. In China, you have housing zones. Areas where you have community leaders that keep everyone in line.

There are a ton of dirt poor Chinese that gave up their cell phones so they could afford rice to survive. Right now, things are ten times worse over there economically than they are here as a result of the virus. Millions of people are barely surviving.
I lived there for two years and maintain contact with people in Shanghai. They can give up their phones but life is VERY difficult without a smart phone there.
For the dirt poor Chinese a smart phone is the only “luxury” they have. The government doesn’t give a shit about those people and it doesn’t matter to them whether they track them or not.
People are giving up their phones so they can eat. Way more people died from the virus than the government figures state, but that’s not the explanation for the reduction in cell phone subscribers.
China doing something right is like saying the arsonist did a good job putting out the fire. Or thanking the murderer for bringing the dead body to the hospital. It’s like thanking the thief who returned your empty wallet.
