New Yorkers didn't like the idea of sealing State borders, but that is one BIG State, especially when you include NJ and CT. Nothing wrong with being kept within those boundaries for a couple months rather than spreading it all over the Country like they did. It's impossible to isolate the NYC metro area, so NJ and CT would have to be included. RI should've closed their western border at CT. Philadelphia still would have been a problem letting it spread into PA, but that could have been reduced.
