Agreed! Setting a "one size fits all" approach to COVID-19 based on the needs of the New York metro area and Los Angeles is needlessly punitive. Stricter measures are needed in these two localities, but someone in Montana could basically be issued a bottle of hand sanitizer and sent about his business.
