Trump Haters were sold their hatred by the corporate media and now they are hooked on it like a bad drug. They don’t understand what the corporations are doing to them, how they are a pure poison. And the Trump Haters, having been poisoned, have continued to feed their addiction, and have done and said terrible things to friends and family members because of this poison. On some level, since at least Mueller’s failure, many of these people have somewhat woken up and now dimly see they were lied to by the corporations and tricked into turning on their neighbors, but now pride has trapped them in their position. If they admit the corporations duped them into hating Trump, they have to also admit they did and said those terrible things to their friends and family. So they are clinging onto their drug pusher, the corporate media, in the hopes that they can somehow still “take down Trump” and “be proven right” to retroactively justify the terrible things they did and said and alleviate their guilt. It’s not working though, and they are just descending further, now even suppressing and slandering the cures to diseases. All they are doing is prolonging their pain. It would be better to just admit they fell for the brainwashing.

Former Democrat here. Used to be I could post whatever I wanted on FB or elsewhere and no one said shit to me. Since I’ve become a Trump Supporter, I regularly get messages from Friends or Family losing their minds over something I posted.
Yesterday, I posted the story about the UV light procedure and how YouTube and Twitter worked with the NYT to deplatform the company because Trump talked about their tech in his Press Beating. I got a DM from my boss asking me to take it down because someone might figure out that I work for his company. Then he asked me why I left the Dem Party and I explained that I didn’t leave so much as I was thrown out for wrong think. He asked me who these Dems are that pushed me out of the party and that he’s one of the good Dems. He is one of the good ones but he has severe TDS and doesn’t realize that by telling me to pull down a post about censorship that he is proving my case. The modern Dem Party are authoritarians. They do not like Freedom of Speech. He doesn’t seem to realize that he’s now supporting these people but he thinks I’m the problem.
Reminds me of that Agent Smith Matrix meme. Agent Smith shows up when the Matrix is in danger and assumes the form of anyone. He is Agent Smith and doesn’t realize it.

Agreed; all they have left is hate. I think I dislike Clinton, Obama and even Bush (who I regret ever taking arrows for I support) more than ever these days than when they were in office but truly hate them? I suppose I hate the damage they’ve done to our country but hate them? We have tried to teach our son that hate is a word you don’t easily apply to people, being that everyone is sinful and in need of grace. It was a lesson my father also tried to impress in my family.
The amount of people I know—people I’d otherwise consider reasonable—state they absolutely hate Trump (and those who support him) is shocking. Any kind of social media I’m on is fine and dandy about love, support and freedom of expression—except if you support Trump. Post whatever hateful thing you can think of about him. They’ve shown more grace and support for Kim Jung Il than Trump.
The sad thing is they’re probably not even aware how hateful they are, they’re so full of self-righteousness.
