Somehow in Illinois a Judge was found to rule Gov Pritzker overstepped his power with extended shutdown. The One Man Eclipse says he’s going to fight it.
It is going to be up to us to push infringement through the courts starting at the lowest levels. I hope/assume there will be groups in each state to help coordinate this.
Our state AG, who is republican, keeps saying that our republican governor can legally lock us down... I think we will need to start by proving them wrong first.
