Indeed!! I've always believed that ALL employees are essential....if they weren't essential, they wouldn't be there in the first place! Waste management, environmental services, supply chain, IT, cashiers, butchers, produce, child care, warehouse personnel, car service personnel, heavy equipment personnel...it goes on and on. EVERYONE is essential......it's why they had a job in the first place. America does not run on NONESSENTIAL personnel.....you want "nonessential", look at Washington DC......you could furlough half the city and still run without a glitch. But they are at full capacity.
