Honestly I think it's ridiculous that you can try to accuse someone of something 30 years after the fact. Either make allegations when it happens or dont. I'm not trying to defend Joe Biden, but this should not be able to work. They can pull some random lady out of the woodwork to say any man did something 30, 40 years ago and it's almost impossible to defend against.
