She wasn’t even assaulted nor does she even claim she was!

This is the most important thing that everybody seems to not think about or forget. Her claim is that he ran his hand across her clothed body and then laughed about it. That’s it. Even if he did do it (he didn’t. He wouldn’t have touched that skank with a 10 foot pole) how is that anything close to assault??
