Not only does she not identify Biden but the individuals that she claims that she met with to discuss harassment back in 1993 deny any such meetings and she only has third hand contacts that claim that she discussed harassment back then.

This claim feels more legit because of the mom’s call into CNN but it’s too sketchy for me to propagate at this time.
