I am 100% over this shit. Enough with the commercials, enough with the bulletin boards. I do not want to hear about the wuflu anymore. I am convinced that social distancing is a strategy to keep rallies from happening through the summer. This whole thing is political now.

If these asswipes think I am gonna distance for the next 3-4 months they are crazy.

Couldn’t agree more

all this strategy did was extend the length of time the government could go full authoritarian. I am absolutely convinced that the people who die now would have died from it anyway. It is sad these people have weak immune systems and I do not want anyone to die but we cannot shut our lives down forever.

I truly believe you are correct - but I think when they try to pull this crap again— they’ll see none of us will comply— only their icels/ simps and basement dwellers who don’t work anyway will care - cause this has hurt everyone and even McDonald’s workers want to go back to their jobs— true of this crap will come out but Americans will go back to work—- I think it will prove a major reset of a lot of crap that should have been “defragged years ago/— MAGA!!

This thing was their Hail Mary leading up to election. They'll still "investigate" Trump over his handling of the "crisis" but it won't go anywhere. Several states are opening back up on May 1 and other states will soon follow. Summer should reset the country going into the Fall.

I think this was there blueprint plan all along to see how it would go

Deplorable_Yankee 11 points ago +11 / -0

You may be right. They wanted to test the waters to see how far they could go without an uprising.

I hate to be the conspiracy guy being close to 50 but I really feel like it was a trial run for Democrats if they ever get full control again of the three branches

Stop that.
"Being the consoiracy guy" is being right these days. Trust your gut. Dont let them control your thinking.

The freaking commercials are the worst- all have the same apocalyptic/ funeral dirge feel- started changing in Texas today— commercials going back to normal with crap ones interspersed

Deplorable_Yankee 14 points ago +14 / -0

It is so annoying. They all start out with "In these scary times...". I do not fear the wuflu, I fear the consequences of not reopening. The effect could last a decade.

I fear that so many Medical Boards across the country prohibited Doctors and patients from their right to choose individual care that included antivirals (in the first days after symptoms start, when all the studies show the best results).

These medical bureaucrats, at every level, have been wrong in 10 ways through this and still hold the power of (unelected) life or death over us. If this virus had been as strong as predicted, their actions alone would have ensured a million dead.

Also my county requires “masks” in parks etc— NO ONE was wearing them walking down the street/ in park ( Greg Abbott said NO municipalities can over cede his executive orders and Harris County Colombian judge is over ruled- Texas is done with this crap as is Georgia/ Tennessee/Alabama and all the South!!

Our states have seen through the bullshit and the real data is coming out about this thing. I hope the Whitehouse stops the briefings on CV after May 1 so America will see that this is no longer a crisis. Starve the media of stories and take back the country from them.

I couldn't even get a pizza in Italy for 53 days, fuck this commie virus and fuck the hysteria. I want out!

Open America and arrest someone for something.

Pretty soon it will be like aids. We will be throwing parades for ourselves, wearing nothing but our assless chaps, and coughing on each other's naked body parts. The media will be livid.

Cyer6 4 points ago +4 / -0

Over the assless chaps or the coughing?

If you hypothetically accept that the virus is a new form of warfare, you have to admit it's done a fantastic job depleting morale. I'm not saying I believe it is, but if it was, look at what it's done even to our day-to-day conversations. It feels like there's nothing to talk about other than this BS.

Over it. I've been working doing deliveries in south NJ, PA, DE, and north MD. Saw the signs in DE along 95 "Practice social distancing. Maintain 2 sec behind vehicles." It's a mockery. No one really cares. Came across many people not wearing masks in required states. I came home last night into NJ at 11:30 pm last night. Everyone was out. It was bittersweet seeing the traffic return despite the curfew.

well, we have migrated from any actual science into the realm of politics. so, the vermin are activated. And, well, here we are.

I don't think the Democrats are going to just let this thing go. It hits too many bases for them. Calling for quarantine is probably going to be their new thing.

2
Dialectic 2 points ago +2 / -0

I've been done with it for 2 months. But yes
