Isn't it funny how that has been played off as a passable defense? Apparently, if you put two layers of surrogates (Perkins Coie & Fusion GPS) between you and the foreigner you're colluding with, it's totally legit.
It begs the question then, is it also legit to only use a single layer of plausible deniability, or is two really the bare minimum?
