One Governor does the opposite: in SD, when you test positive, you immediately have access to Trump pills, (a combination of THREE) and are included in a State wide outpatient study.
Contrast this with Cuomo's mistake: 9 million HCQ pills had been donated to the US, and more than half of them were in NY. Governor Cuomo denied medicine to all but 1,100 New Yorkers, and over a million panicked and fled spreading it all over the Country. Governors all over the Country are repeating Cuomo's mistake. Only 3 publicly announced this as policy; NY MI and Nevada. The rest have cowardly done it anyway even though they haven't announced it. Mine is in a pact of 6 States which is unconstitutional to do, and is blaming it on the health organizations. Which is why SD's Governor is so significant; Governor can shape policy.
That's my biggest concern. Mass murder. It's a big one. It's a felony in progress, which means citizen's arrest is perfectly legal.
Here's another example: a commenter here is a Father of 3 young children. He lives right across the street from a municipal park. He has to explain to his kids why they can't go play in it $10,000 fine. It should be easy to see this is deprivation of rights, but we've heard "you can't fight City Hall" so many times I don't blame him for not wanting to try.
There are others. It's our State Constitutions we should be getting familiar with, since it's the State governments that are overstepping. We should ALL be contacting Constitutional lawyers to file class action lawsuits, specifically against our Governors.
NY, MI, CA, the right to peacefully assemble is rejected. Cops telling citizens their rights suspended to their face. In NYC a Jewish group who were holding a service were disbanded by police then they started to protest...in turn they were blasted by a firehose to disperse them.
