Force them to think about it. The case is so much stronger than the ones that were raised against conservatives. If this isn't enough evidence against Biden, why did the press and dems go after kavanaugh, for example, on a less serious hazy accusation. A story where all who were supposed to corroborate not only failed to do so, but found their own roles in the story to not be credible.
Even if someone thinks the evidence is insufficient in both situations, it shows that the democratic party and press has stooped so low they are willing to destroy and humiliate a man in front of his family based on substantially less evidence than they ignore today. It shows people they weren't truly motivated by overzealous sincerity, and starts to reveal them to be pretty slimy.
