When I was in Arizona (where I often spend time for work) everything seemed like "business as usual", aside from all schools, gyms and hair & nail salons closed, and any restaurant that is still operating offering only takeout orders. That was just my take on things. It did seem to me that most people were choosing to honor the "stay at home" requests for the most part, the parks and such seemed less occupied than in recent memory.
