These results, from a Sept. 4-12 Gallup poll, confirm that Clinton's image remains in a rut nearly two years after she lost the presidential contest in 2016.
That's true. But after I posted the first poll a found another from a similar timeframe that had her at 27% approval. Cuomo can beat that on a bad day.
I think the DNC really believes their polling where Hillary had a 99 percent chance of winning the election. These people aren't bright. They are fraudsters and cheaters and think it's still Hillary's turn.
