It was difficult, HotDog. We lost a very dear mutual friend in his late 70's a couple weeks ago and couldn't hug today. We are not robots. We are humans. We need to hug our families, friends and neighbors.

The memes and jokes are needed and and also important, but hearing these cogent arguments, hearing rational arguments that may change minds, may pink pill friends is hugely important.
I was a hardcore lefty until I saw what the media was doing to Bernie, but it still took me time, it was still a slow process to move rightward, move towards classical liberalism and to see what I had in common with the Trump voters beyond the lulz.
