Ok assuming this is spray chalk, can anyone confirm whether this does wash off including all the plastic parts like’s on this Jeep? I’d bought a variety pack like a year ago to play a prank on a friend who’s wrapped my car in Saran Wrap or Christmas wrapping paper, and I tested it on a friends car because it was just primer gray and it stained it, so I was afraid of doing real damage.
lol my graduation I used white shoe polish on the back windshield. it came in one of these handheld contraptions that had the buffer sponge on the front and you just squeeze some of the polish and spread it around. was hard as hell to get off if it got wet then clumped

There's car chalk made specially for writing on cars. It's what kids use at graduation time. Search for it online for a better idea.
