No Pede it's Gavin who needs to leave CA along with Nancy Pelosi, Adam Schiff, Jerry Nadler, Maxine Waters. Corey Booker, Kamala Harris (what a cast, even NY can't match this shit show) and every other crooked Democrat.
The more people are tested the more peopl find out they have it and the lower the mortality rate goes. They can't keep the state on lockdown for something that has a mortaity rate the same as the seasonal flu. Barr needs to arrest Newsome for this shit.
The third phase, including opening higher-risk businesses such as hair and nail salons, and the fourth phase, resuming large public events like concerts and sporting events, are likely still months away, according to Newsom, and the latter will require significant, documented herd immunity, a vaccine or both.
Newsom said the state electing to loosen its shelter-in-place order will not impact local jurisdictions like some in the Bay Area that want to continue enforcing stricter public health guidelines due to a larger number of infections.
On Monday, Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, San Francisco, San Mateo and Santa Clara counties along with the city of Berkeley announced plans to extend the Bay Area's local stay-at-home order through May 31.
I can’t wait to see the data from other states opening earlier that shows this whole thing is fucking nonsense. If Voter ID goes into place, I can see that being enough to give CA a fighting chance not to elect Child Sniffing Biden. Tech money and Hollywood’s all unicorns and nonbinary giggles until they lose billions upon billions of dollars.
Haha, probably not considering our own studies out here show that a very large amount of people here in the most at risk areas already have them. I think it’s just empty political speech being given as a scientific sounding excuse for him to extend the order as long as he’d like. Considering we had direct flights from Wuhan here and a lot of people are Chinese in this area, if we’re doing okay with it, then this isn’t big enough of a concern to shut down the whole state, let alone our area.
I foresee the lockdown ending in part over the next month, but still being called a lockdown by forcibly exerting government control over large scale industries. You can go outside, but if you’re doing anything they don’t want you to or that would make you not want government aid, then they’re going to make up a reason for you not to do that until you’re on the take.
"There aren't enough tests! Fuck this stupid government!!"
"OK well there are tests, but other countries that are worse than us have more tests why is that! (Also: America is the worst, even if those countries are worse than us for all my examples!)"
"OK well we are on par or above testing per capita and we also don't have reason to test in every location.... BUT the tests only test for active infection! Gotcha! We can't reopen until we know people are immune!"
And now, the narrative is that we are short on antibody testing or that reinfection is inevitable.
You read the articles and they talk about a 40% reduction in ER visits, eerie quiets, etc. The Bay Area’s ground zero. We may well have had patient zero. I know people actually from Wuhan that fly back and forth to biotech labs all the time—not viral labs, it’s just a hot spot of biotech companies out there. If we’re all clear on the Western front at a potential ground zero, the curve has been flattened. People can go back to work. They’re just not letting people go back to work.
Hearing people quote healthcare workers from out here is telling too. They always use words like ‘unprecedented conditions’ and all that, but it’s dripped with hospitals largely being empty, so that doesn’t mean they’re being over worked or are unable to meet demand, it just means we’ve never head a mass hysteria over a virus before like this. Laying off tens of thousands in just one area means there’s not enough for them to do. Pretty much every MD and derivation of it is qualified to be called on to help virus victims and they’re seemingly not because there’s not really a pandemic to fight here it would seem.
We also have more homeless people than probably anybody. Giant cities of them. They didn’t shelter or do shit, and when they tried to put them up in hotels like ghetto kings and queens, they found most of them already had it. We don’t have any mass hobo deaths. They’re all still knocking around unfortunately. If the least protected class in the Bay shrugged this off possibly without a single death—the American homeless—then none of this warranted a shutdown.
Catch 22. You don't get herd immunity by locking up healthy people.
A vaccine is a type of short-cut to herd immunity.
Locking people up until you get a vaccine is preventing natural herd immunity.
The ill and the vulnerable can stay inside.
I need to move out of this stupid ass state.

We all stay for the money and the weather.

Clownworldifornia
But the weather is great yay
It really is. That’s the only reason tech people and globalist types came here and ruined a lot of it.
I mean, he can TRY

They definitely shifted the narrative. This article even hails San Francisco as being “the City that flattened the curve” — https://www.businessinsider.com/doctors-san-francisco-bay-area-hospitals-flattened-curve-eerie-quiet-2020-4
Stanford Healthcare is also furloughing 14k people: https://www.mercurynews.com/2020/04/27/coronavirus-14000-stanford-health-care-workers-hit-with-furloughs-pay-cuts/

god help us
my wifes business is tied to salons
Local businesses and city governments are trying to talk sense into him.
This is a job for normies: write the governor.

I love it when they talk about us like we're (tax) cattle
