If Tara Reade did file a 1993 harassment report with Biden's office (as she claims) then that file would be available among Biden's personal archives. However they won't release the archives until Biden is well out of public life. It's up to Joe. He refuses to exonerate himself when he easily could. (media.patriots.win)

Oh they'll definitely resurrect it, I'm just saying they will absolutely parade a man with actual credible rape allegations against him all the way to the top if it means they get power.

More of a figurative throwing away as they will have demonstrated they view women as nothing and power as everything.
