It's amazing to me that politicians can utter "never let a crisis go to waste" and people will AGREE.

What they're saying has synonyms - "attack the sleeping giant", "kill the beast while it's wounded", "taking them in the middle of the night", i.e. they are distracted, now is the time to fool/destroy them.

It's overtly despicable and ominous. These people are enemies of the American people.
